ESTIMATES AND QUOTES

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices quoted are based on the condition of the concrete at the time of inspection. If conditions are found during the work that could not reasonably be seen beforehand, we will discuss any change in price with you before continuing. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.

SCHEDULING

Installation dates depend on weather and on the condition of the surface being coated. We will tell you as early as we can if a date has to move.

WARRANTY

Warranty terms are provided in writing with your quote and final invoice. The warranty covers the coating system as installed and does not cover damage caused by structural movement of the concrete, impact, chemical spills, or improper maintenance.

PAYMENT

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Work is scheduled once the quote is accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
